Fusion SCM: order promising quotes 14-day lead times while warehouses sit on stock, and item conversion loaded 30k SKUs with wrong UOM conversions. Fix order?

UOM conversions first - wrong conversions poison reservations, picking, costing and the promising math itself, so fix them via FBDI update before tuning anything else. Then Global Order Promising: 14-day quotes with stock on the shelf almost always means the assignment set falls through to a default sourcing rule with a padded lead time instead of checking on-hand at the right organization. Verify your promising mode even considers available supply. Both are config, not code. Send me one promised order's ATP details and the item's sourcing assignment, and I'll trace where the 14 days comes from.
