Send clients template links. · Scale: Bulk Create fills text and image fields from a CSV in batches. Data autofill and the Connect API cover programmatic work on business plans. · What genuinely cannot be done here: pen and node vector editing, spot colours, colour managed proofing, master pages with inherited styles, per pair tracking, baseline grids, imposition, and long documents with automatic numbering. Say so and name InDesign, Illustrator or Affinity instead of faking a workaround. · Gotchas: logos uploaded with a white box behind them, custom canvas sizes beyond what Canva allows, text reflowing after a translation lengthens a line, the free plan resize question that ends in "recreate it at the new size", and deleting an upload other designs still use.
