What is KissMySkills?
KissMySkills.com is an independent digital marketplace selling downloadable skill files, prompt packs, and AI configuration tools for Claude and other AI assistants. We are not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other AI company.
Who are your products for?
Professionals who want better output from Claude and other AI assistants without writing prompts from scratch - marketers, lawyers, developers, consultants, operators, and founders. No technical knowledge is required.
Do I need a paid Claude plan to use your products?
Most skill files and prompt packs work on the free Claude.ai plan. For longer skill files we recommend Claude Pro or above - more capable models and longer context windows. Prompt packs also work with ChatGPT and other AI assistants that accept custom instructions.

What is a skill file?
A skill file is a downloadable .md (Markdown) file of instructions that configure Claude into a specialist. Paste the contents into Claude's custom instructions and it stays in that role all session - a CFO skill turns Claude into a financial analyst.
What is a prompt pack?
A prompt pack is a set of ready-to-use prompts for a specific role or task. Each one produces a defined output - an ad, a brief, a report. Copy it, paste it into Claude or ChatGPT, fill in your details, send.
What is the difference between a skill file and a prompt pack?
A skill file changes how Claude behaves for a whole session. A prompt pack gives you individual prompts you use one at a time. Skill files suit ongoing work with a specialist assistant; prompt packs suit one-off outputs.
Which AI tools are your products compatible with?
Skill files are designed for Claude (claude.ai) and work best with Claude Sonnet and Claude Opus. Prompt packs work with Claude, ChatGPT, and any other AI assistant that accepts text prompts. Compatibility is listed on every product page.
Buying & Downloads
How do I receive my purchase?
All products are digital downloads. After purchase you will receive an automatic email with a secure download link. Your file is also available in your account order history. Nothing is posted to you.
How long is my download link valid?
Download links are valid for 30 days from purchase. If your link expires, email hello@kissmyskills.com with your order number and we will reissue it immediately.
My download link hasn't arrived. What do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first - automated emails occasionally get filtered. If it is still missing after a few minutes, email hello@kissmyskills.com with your order number and we will resend it right away.
Do I need an account to purchase?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account gives you access to your order history and makes it easier to re-download your files in the future.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Shopify's secure checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes - every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product doesn't perform as described, email hello@kissmyskills.com with your order number within 30 days and we will refund you in full. See our Refund Policy.

Using the Products
How do I install a skill file?
Open Claude at claude.ai and go to Settings → Custom Instructions. Open your downloaded .md file in a text editor, copy everything, paste it into the field, and save. Setup takes under five minutes; full instructions come with every purchase.
Can I use a skill file on mobile?
Yes. The Claude mobile app supports custom instructions. The setup is the same - go to Settings → Custom Instructions in the app and paste the skill file contents.
Can I edit the skill files?
Yes. Skill files are plain text .md files - you can open and edit them in any text editor. Many users personalise the files with their company name, tone preferences, or specific workflows before installing.
Can I use the same skill file across multiple projects?
Yes. Once you have downloaded a skill file, you can use it as many times as you like across your own projects and devices. Our licence covers personal and internal business use by the purchaser.

Can I sell my own skill files on KissMySkills?
Yes. If you have built a skill file or prompt that works well for a professional role or task, we want to hear from you. Visit Sell Your Skills or Sell Your Prompts to get in touch.
Can I request a skill or prompt that isn't in the catalogue?
Yes. If we don't cover the role or task yet, submit a request. If your idea is genuinely unique, we will build it and send it to you free of charge before it goes live. Visit Request a Skill or Request a Prompt.
