Is AI resume screening biased, and is this skill EEOC-safe?+
Any screening can be biased if criteria are. This skill scores only job-related, observable criteria, ignores protected characteristics and proxies such as age signals or gaps, flags adverse-impact risk in your criteria, and labels every output a recommendation. Review flagged criteria with HR or counsel; it gives no legal advice.
Does it have ATS compatibility with Greenhouse, Lever and Workable?+
It works with any ATS that exports a CSV, including Greenhouse, Lever and Workable, plus LinkedIn Recruiter profile text. It does not connect through an API; it reads the export and writes advance or not-advancing notes you paste back into the candidate record.
