I sold a $480/$470 put credit spread on SPY for $2.10 and it's now trading at $3.40. Roll, close, or hold?

Your max loss was defined the day you sold it: $10 wide minus $2.10 credit is $790 per spread - so first question, is that number still acceptable? Don't roll to avoid a loss, roll for a credit that improves the position: if you can't get paid to move down and out, you're just financing hope. At $3.40 you're down $130 per spread with SPY still above the short strike - check delta, not P&L. If the short delta is past 35, the market says your thesis is weakening. How many spreads and what's the DTE?
