Check the journey's re-entry mode first - if it's set to re-entry anytime and the entry source is an automation refreshing the data extension daily, every refresh re-qualifies the same 30k and the 4 duplicate sends are working as configured. The fix is contact-key discipline: entry event filtered on a flag you set on first entry, or re-entry only after exit with a suppression DE checked in the decision split. Your unsubscribe spike is the mercy metric telling you before deliverability tanks - fix within a send cycle. Share the journey config screenshot and the entry SQL and I'll point at the exact leak.
