Adaptive Planning: budget cycle needs 6 weeks, formulas break every time someone adds a level, and versions multiplied to 40 with no naming convention. Rescue?

Formulas breaking on level changes means they reference specific levels instead of rolling up the hierarchy - rewrite against level attributes and parent rollups, and reorgs stop being formula emergencies. The 40 versions need a lifecycle, not just naming: working, submitted, locked, archived - archive anything untouched for 2 quarters after checking references. The 6-week cycle usually hides sheet design forcing cost center owners to enter data cell by cell - modeled sheets with driver-based formulas typically get you to a 2-week cycle. Send me the formula audit log and the version list, and I'll sequence the cleanup.
