A shared service account talking to 4 downstream systems is a real risk, not caution - one compromised credential now has lateral reach across all 4 systems instead of one, and that's the definition of blast radius you should be modeling. The fix isn't necessarily 4 separate accounts; it could be workload identity federation if your platform supports it, which removes the standing credential entirely. Rubber-stamping this now means defending it later when it's the root cause in an incident review. Send me the architecture diagram and I'll write the threat model with named mitigations for the review.
