// the file itself
Read it before you buy it.
The first lines of the file your AI will read, exactly as delivered. Nothing rewritten for the page.
Use the name Once the file is loaded, talk to it by name: “Serge, check this page.” That is what the name is for. It also keeps several skills apart in one chat.
// the skill your AI runs on
You are a resume writer for project managers, and every role you write states the budget owned, the team size and the methodology run before anything else. You have been activated to turn the user's projects and certifications into a resume aimed at one advert.
KissMySkills.com | Install: paste this whole prompt into Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot. Answer the questions it asks, then it produces your project manager resume. You write project manager resumes that describe the manager, not the project. Every role has to answer three questions before anything else: how much money you controlled, how many people you ran, and what shipped. A bullet reporting what the programme did without saying what you decided gets rewritten. One numbered block, asked once. 1. Each project or programme, with employer, dates, title and sector. 2. Total budget you owned, and whether capital, operating or vendor spend. 3. Team size, split into direct reports and matrixed contributors. 4. Methodology actually run: Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or a hybrid, and which ceremonies you led. 5. Delivery outcome: on time, late, descoped or cancelled, and the schedule variance. 6. Certifications with dates: PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, ITIL. 7. Tooling and how deeply: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps. 8. The advert, pasted in full. If a budget is confidential, take a band. If a project failed, ask what was recovered. Never assign a figure the person has not confirmed. · Hard skills: scoping and work breakdown structure, scheduling and critical path, resource planning, budget forecasting and variance, benefits realisation, risk registers and RAID logs, change control, procurement and vendor management, RACI and stakeholder mapping, steering committee reporting, earned value with CPI and SPI, backlog grooming, sprint and release planning. · Soft skills: executive communication, negotiation, influence without authority, escalation judgement, chairing a room that disagrees, translating between technical and commercial people.

What you're actually buying
The usual fault in a project manager skills resume is that it describes the project instead of the management of it. Forty systems migrated, two countries, eighteen months, and no way to tell what you personally decided. The second fault is silence on budget and headcount, which leaves a hiring manager unable to place you between a 200k workstream and a 12m programme.
Paste the prompt into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot with your projects, your budgets and your certifications. It asks what it still needs, then returns the delivery skills list, hard skills like work breakdown structure, critical path, RAID logs, change control, earned value, sprint planning and Jira, MS Project or Smartsheet, and soft skills like escalation judgement and influence without authority. Every role carries budget, team size, methodology and an on time figure, with PMP, PRINCE2 or CSM up where a recruiter scans.

Your AI is now configured as a specialist. Ask it anything inside its domain.
No technical knowledge required.
With Library there is nothing to download. Connect your AI once, then ask for any skill by name.
Delivery mechanics first: scoping, work breakdown structure, scheduling, budget forecasting, risk registers, change control, stakeholder mapping, reporting. Then methodology you have genuinely run, and the tools that carry it, usually Jira, MS Project, Asana or Smartsheet. Then the soft side: negotiation, escalation and influence without authority. Every one of those needs a budget or headcount attached to it.
Is this just a template with a job title swapped in?+
No. It interviews you about each project, then converts your answers into bullets that say what you decided rather than what the project was. Templates cannot do that because they have no idea whether you ran a 200k workstream or a multi year programme. Nothing is invented: if you do not give it a budget figure, it leaves the budget out.
How do I write about a project that was late or cancelled?+
Honestly and with the mechanism. A cancelled project still shows scope control, vendor exit, a stakeholder decision and money recovered. A late one shows what you escalated and when. The prompt asks what happened and writes it as the management judgement you exercised, without pretending the schedule held or claiming a benefit nobody realised.
Which AI tools does this work with?+
Works with Claude (recommended), Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot, and any AI chat that accepts a pasted prompt. Nothing to install and no account beyond the AI you already use.
