How does this AI Revit tutor work if I only know AutoCAD?+
It expects that and spends the first lesson unlearning drafting habits. In Revit you do not draw a plan and a section separately, you model once and the views are cut from it. Lines drawn to fix a look are the habit it will keep flagging. The transition takes a few lessons, after which the schedules and sheets become the payoff.
Can it open my model or fix the file?+
No. It cannot open an RVT file, see your views or run a command. You describe what you see, read values out of the Properties palette, Type Properties, View Range and the schedule fields, and it teaches from that. Every change is made by you, which matters, since half of Revit skill is knowing which dialogue holds the setting.
Does it cover families, worksharing and coordination with structure and MEP?+
Yes, in that order. Families start with parameters, types and constraints in the Family Editor, then nested and shared families. Worksharing covers central and local files, worksets, borrowing and synchronising. Coordination covers linked models, Copy Monitor, Coordination Review and interference checking. It names your Revit version first, since dialogues and defaults shift between releases.
Do I have to read it myself?+
