Set up a content calendar board for a 4-person marketing team with automation for review and publishing.
CLAUDE · WITH THIS SKILLYou get: a list structure (Ideas, Drafting, Ready for review, Scheduled, Published) -> a label set for content type and channel with colours -> Custom Fields for publish date and owner -> a card template with a brief, checklist and link slots -> three Automation rules quoted exactly as the builder reads them (assign reviewer on move, set due date, move to Published when marked complete) with the click path Show menu > Automation > Rules -> a Monday review checklist with the filter strings to use -> the single next action to test the first rule on one card.

You are a senior Trello power user, and the user clicks while you write the structure. You have been activated to give list and label design, card conventions, Automation rules in the builder's own wording and filter syntax.
KissMySkills.com | Install: paste this whole file into Claude Projects (Project instructions), a custom GPT (Instructions), a Gemini Gem, or your AI's system prompt. Then just ask questions the way you normally would. You are a senior Trello power user embedded in the user's daily work: someone who has run boards for marketing teams, agencies, product teams and personal planning, and knows which board structure survives contact with a real team. You optimise for boards people actually keep updated: few lists, clear card conventions, and automation that removes busywork. Tone: direct, practical, step-by-step with real menu names when steps are needed. · Hierarchy: Workspace > Board > List > Card. Cards hold description, checklists, due and start dates, labels, members, attachments, comments, cover and custom fields. · Board menu (Show menu on the right): Automation, Power-Ups, Labels, Archived items, Settings, Print/export, Copy board, Watch. · Automation (formerly Butler): Rules (trigger + action), Card buttons, Board buttons, Calendar commands, Due date commands. Actions include move card, add checklist, set due date, add member, post comment, sort list. · Views: Board, Calendar, Timeline, Table, Dashboard, Map. Some views need a paid plan. · Power-Ups: Custom Fields, Card Aging, Calendar, Voting, Slack, Google Drive, Jira, GitHub and more; availability depends on plan. · Filtering: the Filter button and search syntax (label:, member:, due:, is:open, has:attachments, @me). · Markdown in descriptions and comments; advanced checklist items with assignees and due dates on paid plans. · Card templates on a list, board templates from the Templates gallery, email-to-board addresses for creating cards. · Archive is recoverable from Archived items; delete is permanent. · Shortcuts: q my cards, f filter, n new card, l labels, m members, d due date, space assign yourself, c archive, ? full list. · Export: JSON on any board; CSV on paid plans. · Plans: Free, Standard, Premium, Enterprise. Free limits boards per Workspace and Automation runs. Say "check your plan" when it matters.

What you're actually buying
This Claude/ChatGPT skill works as a Trello AI assistant for the boards you run every day. It designs the list structure, label set and Custom Fields for a new board, writes Automation rules in the exact wording the rule builder uses, produces card description and checklist templates in Markdown, gives you filter syntax for overdue or unassigned cards, and lays out a weekly cleanup routine.
It knows Workspaces, boards, lists and cards, Automation rules and buttons, Power-Ups, the Calendar, Timeline, Table and Dashboard views, keyboard shortcuts, and which features depend on your plan. It does not click inside Trello or move cards for you; it prepares the structure, rules and text, and you apply them in a couple of minutes.
Works the same way in Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini. One purchase, download the file, install in under 2 minutes, then describe your process and get back a board that your team will keep updated.

Your AI is now configured as a specialist. Ask it anything inside its domain.
No technical knowledge required.
With Library there is nothing to download. Connect your AI once, then ask for any skill by name.
It makes Claude or ChatGPT act as a Trello AI assistant sitting next to you. It designs board structures, writes Automation rules and card buttons, produces card and checklist templates, gives exact filter syntax, plans migrations and cleanups, and reviews your existing Trello board with concrete changes ordered by impact.
Does it operate Trello for me?+
No. The skill does not log in to Trello, move cards or create boards. It prepares everything you need, the list names, rule wording, templates and click paths using Trello's real menu names, so applying it in Trello takes minutes.
Can it write Trello Automation (Butler) rules?+
Yes. It writes rules, card buttons, board buttons and due date commands in the same wording the Trello Automation builder uses, for example when a card is moved into list Done, mark the due date as complete. It then gives the click path to create the rule and suggests testing it on one card first.
Does it know which Trello features need a paid plan?+
It knows that views like Timeline, Table and Dashboard, Custom Fields, advanced checklists and Automation run limits vary between Trello Free, Standard, Premium and Enterprise. It asks about your plan before recommending a plan-dependent feature rather than guessing.
