How it works
From job post to shortlist
Your own Claude does the reading and scoring. The CRM holds the jobs, the applications and the CV files.
Create the job
Title, location, salary range and description, in the app with "+ New job" or by asking your agent.
Share the job page
Each job gets a public page with an application form. Candidates upload a PDF or DOCX CV.
Applications land on the board
Each application becomes a card in Applied with the CV attached. Spam is filtered with a hidden field and a per-hour limit.
Your agent screens
Ask Claude to screen the new applicants. It reads each CV, scores the fit and adds questions. You move the cards.

Jobs and a hiring board
Create jobs, track every candidate through Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired or Rejected. Fields for job, fit score, salary, location and notice period.
Public job pages
Every job gets its own page with an application form and JobPosting structured data, so search engines can index it.
CV reading
PDF and DOCX CVs up to 5 MB are stored privately and turned into text your agent can read. Scanned image-only PDFs cannot be read.
Fit score with reasons
Your agent saves a 0–100 score, a short summary, strengths and risks on each card. The score never moves a candidate by itself.
Interview questions
3–8 questions per candidate, written for the gaps in that CV, saved where the interviewer will see them.
Spam protection
A hidden honeypot field and a limit of 5 applications per hour from one address keep bots off your board.

What is AI recruiting?
Using AI for the repetitive part of hiring: reading CVs, matching candidates to a role, preparing interview questions and keeping the pipeline current. Here your own Claude does that work on a hiring board in KissMySkills AI CRM.
Is AI Recruiting free?
Yes. Jobs, public job pages, the hiring board, CV reading and fit scores all work on the free plan, up to 300 records per workspace. All-Access at $15 a month or $129 a year removes the limit.
Does the AI reject candidates?
No. Your agent saves a score, a summary and questions on the card. Nothing moves stage by itself; a person decides who goes forward.
Can candidates apply directly?
Yes. Each job has a public job page with an application form. Candidates upload a PDF or DOCX CV up to 5 MB and the application appears in Applied on your board.
Which CV formats work?
PDF and DOCX up to 5 MB. Text is extracted on our server without an outside service. Scanned PDFs that contain only images cannot be read.
Are job pages in other languages?
Not yet. Public job pages are in English today. The app itself is available in 10 languages.
What happens when the free plan is full?
Applications count as records. When a free workspace reaches 300 records, the job page stops accepting new applications until you upgrade or remove old records.
Which AI do I need?
Claude on any plan, including free, ChatGPT Plus and up, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, connected through the KissMySkills connector. Without an AI you can still use the board and job pages in the web app.
How do I sign up?
