This policy applies to the KissMySkills subscription plans: Library, AI CRM and Both (and the former Unlimited plan). It is part of our Terms of service and is consistent with our Refund policy.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee:
- Sign in to your account on kissmyskills.com, open Manage subscription, choose the plan and cancel it; or
- email hello@kissmyskills.com from the email address on the subscription and we will cancel it for you.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops the next renewal. You are not charged again, and your plan keeps working until the end of the monthly or yearly period you have already paid for. After that the connector stops loading catalog skills and paid app limits end. Files you downloaded with your monthly file allowance, and files you bought separately, stay yours.
Refunds when you cancel
The first paid charge of any plan is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: email us within 30 days of that first charge and we refund it in full and close the subscription. Later renewal charges are not refundable, and we do not refund part of a period you have already started, except where the law requires otherwise or where we made a billing error. If we discontinue a plan, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period. Refunds go to your original payment method in the currency you paid.
Free trial
The 7-day free trial needs no payment card. It ends on its own and is never charged automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
Renewals and price changes
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. For yearly plans we send a reminder before the renewal date. We tell you by email at least 30 days before any price change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
