我需要付費的 AI 訂閱才能使用這些功能嗎？+
檔案方面，不行。Skill 檔案和 prompt 套件可在 Claude 和 ChatGPT 的免費方案上運作，因為你需要自行貼上文字。至於 All-Access，可以：連接器使用自訂連接器功能，需要 Claude Pro、Max 或 Team、ChatGPT Plus、Pro 或 Business、Claude Code 或 Cursor。它無法在 Claude 免費版或 ChatGPT 免費版上執行。
技能檔案和 prompt 套件有什麼不同？+
技能檔案是一項永久設定 - 只要放入一次，您的 AI 就會在之後的每次對話中持續維持該行為，無需重新輸入 prompts。prompt pack 則是一組個別 prompts，您需要逐項複製並手動執行。
