Is this LinkedIn post generator for profile sections too?+
No. This writes feed posts, the things that appear in other people's timelines. Your About section and your headline are profile fields with different rules and their own products. While you are looking for work, posts are what create the visibility, because a profile only gets read after something has brought a person to it.
What should I post while I am job hunting?+
You get a rotation rather than one post: something you learned recently, a short piece of work you can show, a view on something changing in your field, and one clear post naming the work you want and what you can do. It also tells you what not to post while you are looking, and how often to publish without wearing out your feed.
Will the formatting survive?+
That is half the job. LinkedIn strips markdown, so asterisk bold does not render, and it truncates the post at roughly one hundred and forty characters on mobile behind a see more link. The prompt writes the hook to sit above that cut, uses line breaks and short lines instead of formatting, and keeps links out of the post body.
