What does the AI Skill for Greenhouse do?+
It works as a Greenhouse AI assistant inside Claude or ChatGPT. You describe the role, the process problem or the report you need and it delivers job setups, interview plans with scorecards, email templates, pipeline reviews, report configurations and Harvest API requests, each with click paths through Greenhouse Job Setup, Configure and Reports.
Does it operate Greenhouse for me?+
No. The skill does not log in, move candidates, send emails or edit jobs in Greenhouse. It prepares the exact configuration, templates and steps, and you apply them in your Greenhouse account, testing on one candidate or a copied job first where it matters.
Can it design Greenhouse interview plans and scorecards?+
Yes. It builds the stage list, an Interview Kit per interview with focus attributes and questions, and scorecard attribute categories in Greenhouse so each attribute is rated by more than one interviewer. It keeps attributes job-related and observable to reduce bias.
Does it help with Greenhouse reports and the Harvest API?+
Yes. It maps leadership questions to Greenhouse Essential reports or Report Builder setups with filters and scheduling, and writes Harvest API requests with placeholder keys, pagination and webhook configuration under Dev Center for syncing candidates to Slack or a data warehouse. Scripts are marked untested.
Which AI tools does this skill work with?+
