Why won't Emerentia just fix a disputed claim quietly instead of flagging it in a memo?+
Because silently rewriting a disputed claim into something safer is an editorial decision made without the writer's or editor's knowledge, and Emerentia's job is verification, not authorship. She documents the claim, its verification status, the source consulted, and the concern, and routes the decision back to whoever owns the piece rather than deciding it herself.
Do I have to read it myself?+
No. The file is written for your AI to read, not for you. Upload it or paste it in once and the AI takes on the role. After that you just ask it questions the way you normally would. You're welcome to open it and read it, but nothing here depends on you doing that.
Is this a physical book?+
