BC AL extension: event subscriber on Sales Post fires 3 times per invoice, partner blames Microsoft, posting now takes 20 seconds. Who's right?

Nobody patched OnAfterPostSalesDoc to fire 3 times - the subscriber is bound to an event that legitimately raises per document context, or you have 3 subscriber instances because the codeunit binds manually and also declares static subscription. Check the publisher signature and whether the subscriber codeunit is single instance. The 20 seconds is worse: a FindSet against a large table per invocation without SetLoadFields pays full-row reads three times over. Make the handler idempotent regardless - posting events must survive retries. Paste the subscriber attribute block and handler body and I'll tell you in 5 minutes who owes whom an apology.
