Does it operate Intercom for me?+
No. It never sends messages, replies to customers, publishes articles or changes Workflows in your Intercom workspace. It prepares the exact steps, copy and logic, and warns you to use a test audience or a paused copy before anything reaches real customers.
Can it improve how Fin answers in Intercom?+
Yes. It shows which Help Center articles Fin needs, rewrites them in a question-and-answer structure Fin can use, and designs the Intercom Workflow branch that hands account-specific or sensitive topics to a human team before Fin replies, then points you to the Fin performance report to measure it.
Does it cover Intercom outbound messaging and Series?+
