Start with criticals that are both internet-facing and have EPSS scores above 0.5, that's usually under 10 systems even from a pool this size. A patch cycle that tries to close everything burns the window on low-risk items while real exposure sits open. Send me the scan export with exposure tags and I'll build the prioritized Tuesday list.
