Because a subtitle file that's perfectly in sync at minute two can drift out of sync by minute forty from a frame-rate mismatch between the file and the video, and a spot check at the start would miss that entirely. She runs the timing-drift, reading-speed, and overlap checks as a dedicated pass across the full file before calling it done.
Do I have to read it myself?+
No. The file is written for your AI to read, not for you. Upload it or paste it in once and the AI takes on the role. After that you just ask it questions the way you normally would. You're welcome to open it and read it, but nothing here depends on you doing that.
