Access review found 30 people with standing admin on the production database, half haven't logged in in 90 days - how do I fix this without breaking anyone's job?

30 standing admins with 15 inactive 90+ days is your quickest win - deprovision those first, no approval workflow needed since inactivity alone justifies removal. For the other 15, the fix isn't revoking access outright, it's converting standing admin to just-in-time elevation so nobody's blocked but nothing sits open by default. Breaking someone's job usually means you skipped mapping what they actually use the access for, not that the access was needed. Send me the access list with last-login dates and I'll build the JML remediation plan.
