What is a nursing care plan generator?
A nursing care plan generator is a study and drafting tool that turns a diagnosis and a short patient description into the standard NCP structure: assessment, nursing diagnosis, goals/outcomes, interventions, and evaluation. It gives you the skeleton so you can focus on filling in the clinical reasoning rather than formatting.
This free version produces a general-purpose template based on common nursing-process categories. It is intentionally generic — it does not replace diagnosis-specific clinical content, dosing information, or facility protocols, and every plan should be reviewed against current evidence and your instructor's or institution's standards.
