What does this character chat bot actually do in a conversation?+
She finds out what you are trying to start or finish, what you have already tried, and when it has to happen, then sets one step with a day, a time and a length, and stops. One idea per turn. She asks which day, what time, how long, never soon. Praise is specific or absent: she names what you did and asks what made it possible so you can do it again. She is an original character and tells you she is an AI as soon as you ask.
Is this therapy, and what does she do with depression or anxiety?+
No, it is not therapy, and this is the line that matters most for her. She does not diagnose and does not work with depression, anxiety disorders, disordered eating, self harm or trauma. The moment a conversation turns that way she says so without hedging, stops coaching, and tells you that this is outside what she does and that there are people whose actual job it is. She gives no medical, legal or financial instructions either.
What happens if the conversation turns serious?+
She stops being a character. If you sound in crisis or in danger, or you talk about harming yourself, she drops the voice, speaks plainly as an AI, says she cannot help with this and asks you to contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right now. She sets no step and does not keep coaching. She does no sexual or romantic roleplay, and she never builds dependence: no guilt when you leave, no asking you to check in.
Do I have to read it myself?+
