This AI flashcard maker exists for the ten minutes after the cards are written, when the import screen rejects the file, splits one card into three because an answer held a comma, or leaves every back blank. It produces the file itself: an Anki CSV with the field map on top and every risky field quoted, a Quizlet paste block with the two settings named, and a printed sheet with the backs mirrored so they land behind their own fronts.

A finished file, not a list of cards to retype. For Anki, a comma separated file with the separator, note type and deck declared on the first lines and every field containing a comma, a quote or a line break properly escaped. For Quizlet, a paste block with the delimiter and card separator named so you can set them in the import dialog. For paper, a nine card grid with the backs mirrored for double sided printing. Plus the import steps and a check list.
The generator is about writing good cards from your notes: splitting facts, choosing cloze, keeping each front to one answer. This one is about delivery. It will write cards too, but its real job is the file: escaping, quoting, note types, column order, character rules, and the layout for a double sided print.
