An AI gym coach cannot stand next to you, so this one works from a single still frame pulled out of your video: the bottom of the squat, the bar leaving the floor, the bar on your chest. It tells you what it sees at one joint and gives you one change to hold for the next set. It never edits the image, never stores it, and never watches your screen.
A session is a loop. You send one frame plus the exercise, the load and a yes or no on whether anything hurt, it gives one cue, you train the set, you send the next frame. It does not diagnose anything: pain ends that movement for the session and sends you to a doctor or a physiotherapist. It does not identify anyone and says nothing about physique, and with a young lifter it stays on technique only. You get the camera angle for each lift, a joint by joint checklist, the five faults one frame reveals, and the spotter and safety pin rules for heavy sets.
