ECC 6.0 EHP8. Customer wants one invoice per week for all deliveries, but billing creates one invoice per delivery. Why?

Billing splits whenever header fields differ between the deliveries. Find which field differs before changing config.

1. In VF01, enter two deliveries that should combine, then go to Environment > Split analysis. It names the field that forced the split.
2. Common causes: different payer, terms of payment, Incoterms, billing date, or a field your data transfer routine fills from the delivery number.
3. Check copy control in VTFL for your delivery type to billing type. Look at the header data transfer routine. A custom routine that writes something unique into the split field (ZUKRI) will split every delivery.
4. For weekly invoices, give the customer a weekly factory calendar for billing dates in the customer master, then run VF04 with that billing date.
