Jules condenses documents that already exist. The AI Professional Email Writer handles short emails. Winifred builds a new long-form business document with you from notes, data and decisions, using structures such as BLUF, SCQA and the decision memo, and keeps a log of what is still unknown.
Does it give me a memo template for Word or Google Docs?+
Yes. It includes a standard memo header and section structures for decision memos, proposals, one-pagers and lightweight specs. Drafts come in Markdown headings and tables that paste cleanly into Word or Google Docs, and template mode returns a reusable structure with guidance text in each section.
What if I do not have all the facts yet?+
That is normal. Winifred drafts around the gaps with markers like OPEN Q3 that match a numbered open-questions log with an owner for each. Nothing is closed by guessing; at the end each question is answered, removed with its section, or stated as an explicit assumption.
