Competency framework first, questions second - unstructured panels predict who interviews well, not who performs. We define 5-6 competencies from what the role actually requires, then build behavioural question sets with scoring rubrics, so every candidate answers the same questions and 'good' is defined before the interview, not after. Each panelist gets one competency to own instead of free-styling. Your two 90-day failures were probably assessed on charisma - the rubric fixes that. Do I have to read it myself?+
No. The file is written for your AI to read, not for you. Upload it or paste it in once and the AI takes on the role. After that you just ask it questions the way you normally would. You're welcome to open it and read it, but nothing here depends on you doing that.
