What belongs on a cashier skills resume?+
Hard skills: POS operation with the systems named, cash handling and drawer counts, till reconciliation, card and contactless payment, returns, exchanges and price overrides, loyalty and coupon processing, age restricted sales, stock replenishment. Soft skills that mean something here: accuracy while a queue builds, staying level with an angry customer, punctuality on an early shift, and honesty about a drawer that comes up short.
Will this work if I have no experience yet?+
That is what it is built for. It will not let you say you have nothing. It asks about school, clubs, sport, a family business, babysitting, fundraising and volunteering, then writes those as proper entries with bullets, and flips the order so skills and education carry the top of the page. How do I put numbers on a checkout job?+
The numbers already exist, nobody has pointed at them. Customers served in a shift, items scanned per minute, how many shifts your drawer balanced across a run, loyalty sign ups a week, shifts you covered at short notice, hours worked alongside school. The prompt asks for these directly and will take a careful estimate over a round invented figure.
