What does the AI Skill for Procore do?+
It turns Claude or ChatGPT into a Procore AI assistant that plans project setup and templates, designs RFI, submittal, daily log and change management processes, builds permission matrices, specs reports and dashboards, and writes standard operating procedures and onboarding checklists your field and office teams will actually follow.
Does it operate Procore for me?+
No. It does not log in to your Procore account, create projects, upload drawings or change permissions. It prepares the setup order, the process document and the click path through Project Tools, Company Tools and each tool's settings, and you make the changes in Procore yourself.
Can the Procore skill help with Financials like budgets and change orders?+
Yes. It explains the Budget, Prime Contracts, Commitments, Change Events, Change Orders, Direct Costs and Invoicing tools, the order to set them up, and what to attach at each step. It asks whether your company licenses Procore Financial Management before assuming those tools are available.
Is it useful for subcontractors and field staff, not just GC admins?+
