Workday: 60 integrations, half are EIBs run by hand every Monday, Core Connector for the LMS fails on rehires, and ISU passwords expire and break everything. Stabilize?

The ISU expiry is config, not fate - integration system users should be exempt from password expiration; set that and one recurring outage class disappears today. Manual Monday EIBs mean nobody wired schedules: convert to scheduled launches with failure notifications, an afternoon per EIB. The rehire failures are a classic Core Connector trap - the connector sees a terminated worker and a new position, and without the right change detection it sends a duplicate create instead of an update; check whether it keys on employee ID or position. Send me the integration event log for 2 failed rehires and I'll confirm what the connector chokes on.
