Run the funnel before blaming anyone: 320 dials and 400 emails a day producing 6 meetings a week is roughly a 0.2% activity-to-meeting rate - benchmark teams pull 3-5x that. Check connect rate first; under 5% means dead lists, not weak reps. Then reply rate on emails: below 2% is a relevance problem - generic spray at that volume is why.
