Severity-ranked, not alphabetical - three passes: security first (auth middleware, injection surfaces, secrets in the repo; there are always secrets in the repo), then correctness hotspots via git churn analysis - the 10% of files carrying 80% of the changes - then maintainability debt. Zero tests doesn't mean write tests everywhere; it means characterization tests around the top 5 churn modules before anything gets touched. Paste the folder tree and package.json and I'll mark where the bodies usually are.
