This free OKR generator turns a rough goal into a proper Objective and three Key Results - the format popularized by Andy Grove at Intel and later John Doerr's Measure What Matters. Objectives vs. Key Results
An Objective is qualitative and should feel ambitious - it's the "what" and "why." A Key Result is quantitative and measurable - it's proof the Objective is actually happening. If there's a number in your Objective, it's probably a Key Result in disguise.
