The 20 seconds is worse: a FindSet against a large table per invocation without SetLoadFields pays full-row reads three times over. Make the handler idempotent regardless - posting events must survive retries. Paste the subscriber attribute block and handler body and I'll tell you in 5 minutes who owes whom an apology.
