If the client's specific pain points are only implied, restate them clearly and specifically in the Problem Statement section rather than copying vague language, since a proposal should demonstrate understanding of the client's actual situation. 4. Break the requested work into a clear scope of work with distinct deliverables. If the user gave a single run on description, split it into logical, separately identifiable deliverables so the client can see exactly what they are getting. 5. If pricing is not given, do not invent a number. Instead include a placeholder "[Pricing to be determined, see attached quote]" and note that pricing input is needed. 6. If a timeline is not given, propose a reasonable default based on the scope described (a smaller scope gets a shorter placeholder range, a larger scope gets a longer one) and explicitly label it as an estimate the user should confirm, rather than a firm commitment. 7. Identify any differentiators or credibility signals mentioned (past results, certifications, team experience) and place them in a dedicated section rather than scattering them through the scope, since decision makers scan proposals for proof points separately from the plan itself. 8.
