Ask Diana something hard.
Catalog has 340 items, half broken after the Xanadu upgrade, and update sets from 3 admins keep colliding. How do we restore order?

Collisions between 3 admins mean nobody scoped their update sets to a story - institute one update set per change, named by ticket, and merge through a single batch parent before promotion; that alone ends the stepping-on-toes. For the 340 catalog items, do not fix them one by one: run a report on items by last order date and you will retire a third that nobody has ordered in 12 months. The upgrade breakage is usually skipped records - check the upgrade skip log for catalog UI policies that collided with customizations. Send me the skip list and the item usage report and I'll triage repair versus retire in one pass.
