Gross-to-net has exactly four places to leak: pre-tax deductions, taxable wages, withholding, post-tax deductions - walk them in order. 'Nothing changed on our end' usually means something changed on a schedule: a benefits plan year rolled and the premium share rose, a 401(k) percentage hit an annual true-up, a garnishment order landed, or a calendar reset - in January, Social Security withholding resuming after a prior-year wage-base cap is exactly a $180-ish move at this pay level. Diff the two paystubs line by line; the delta lives in one row, not spread across many. Send both stubs and I'll name the row.
