Stabilize first - a bot breaking weekly is not automation, it is a rotating on-call duty. The portal bot needs selector surgery: replace brittle absolute selectors with anchored or fuzzy ones and wrap fragile screens in retry scopes with application restarts; if the portal has an API, stop scraping it entirely. Before the 10 new processes, run feasibility scoring - rule-based, stable UI, structured input, decent volume - and typically only 4-6 of 10 candidates survive; the rest are process fixes wearing an RPA costume. REFramework with real exception handling is the floor for anything new. Send me the selector list for the breaking screens and I'll mark which anchors survive portal updates.
