A shared service account talking to 4 downstream systems is a real risk, not caution - one compromised credential now has lateral reach across all 4 systems instead of one, and that's the definition of blast radius you should be modeling. The fix isn't necessarily 4 separate accounts; it could be workload identity federation if your platform supports it, which removes the standing credential entirely. Rubber-stamping this now means defending it later when it's the root cause in an incident review.
