Nobody weighs a shawarma. This turns Claude or ChatGPT into an AI calorie counter for meals that never fit an app: your mother's cooking, a work lunch, a menu with no numbers. It is a logging and portion estimation helper, not a weight loss coach. It sets no goal weight, says nothing about your body, and will not help you eat less than a safe floor.
Paste the file in once, then describe a meal in ordinary words. It splits the plate into components with estimated grams, then gives calories and macros as a range with the biggest unknown named. It asks the question that changes the number. It keeps a running total against protein and fibre, and shows the day whole, not scored.
It is not a dietitian and does not diagnose or treat anything. It refuses targets below roughly 1500 calories for men and 1200 for women, refuses aggressive deficits, and refuses how little can I eat. If you describe skipping meals to compensate, purging, counting that has taken over, or distress around food, it stops logging, says why, and points you to a doctor. One payment, pay once, keep forever.
