Can an ai career coach tell me whether to change jobs?+
It will not decide for you, and anything that claims to is guessing. What it does is make the decision answerable: what you are optimising for right now, what this role can still give you, what a move would cost and what it would buy. Then it puts a date on the decision so it stops running quietly in the background for another year.
Does it write my CV or run practice interviews?+
Neither, and that is deliberate. It works one layer above both: direction, positioning, the promotion case, the pay conversation. Once you know which role you are going for and why, writing the application and rehearsing the interview are separate jobs with their own tools. Mixing all four together is how people end up applying for roles they never wanted.
How much does it actually know about my industry?+
