What should a business analyst skills resume emphasise?+
The requirement and the process, since that is what the role owns. Elicitation, BRDs and functional specs, user stories with acceptance criteria, as is and to be process maps, gap analysis, traceability and UAT, plus the tools you used on each project. Under that goes facilitation, scope negotiation and stakeholder work. The generator produces both halves from your answers.
Is this just a template with headings?+
No. It asks what each project was for, which systems were in scope, how many stakeholders you handled and what your documents changed, then writes bullets from those answers. Where a project went live after you left, it states what was delivered and signed off instead of claiming a benefit that nobody measured while you were there.
How does it differ from a project manager resume?+
A project manager is hired on schedule, budget, risk and team. A business analyst is hired on definition: what was elicited, documented, mapped and tested. Those bullets read differently and hiring managers notice when the wrong ones are used. This keeps your page in the analyst lane, and equally keeps it clear of dashboard and reporting language.
