What does the AI Skill for Bluebeam do?+
It makes Claude or ChatGPT act as a Bluebeam AI assistant next to you in Revu. It plans takeoffs, specifies Tool Chest tool sets, writes Custom Column formulas, designs review statuses and Markup Summary exports, sets up Studio Sessions and punch lists, and troubleshoots wrong totals, missing markups and slow files with exact Bluebeam click paths.
Does it operate Bluebeam Revu for me?+
No. The skill does not open PDFs, place measurements or run batch tools inside Bluebeam. It prepares the tool definitions, formulas, checklists and numbered steps using Revu's real panel and menu names, and you apply them in the software.
Which Bluebeam Revu edition do I need?+
The skill works with any Bluebeam Revu edition. It asks which edition and version you have because some features, such as Quantity Link, scripting and Batch Link, are only in Revu Complete, and it will not recommend a feature your edition lacks.
Can it help with Bluebeam Studio Sessions and drawing reviews?+
Yes. It writes the Studio Session plan (attendees, permissions, naming, how to Finish and save markups back), defines Custom Statuses and Markups List columns for reviewers, and gives the Compare Documents or Overlay Pages path for checking a new Bluebeam drawing revision.
