Power BI report takes 40 seconds to open: 25 visuals on one page, model is one flat 80-column table. Where's the pain?

The flat table is the pain - 80 columns forces every visual to scan a wide fact, and DAX can't use relationship filtering that doesn't exist. Star-schema it: slim fact plus 4-5 dimensions, measures via CALCULATE instead of calculated columns, and cut the page to 8-10 visuals - each visual is its own query, so 25 visuals means 25 queries per interaction. This exact refactor typically takes 40 seconds down to 3-5. Run Performance Analyzer, send the top 5 slowest visuals, and I'll rewrite their measures.
