The 60 defects matter less than their shape: split by severity and by whether they block a cutover-critical process; 60 cosmetic defects is a punch list, 8 blockers in order-to-cash is a no-go. What actually decides the date is the cutover rehearsal you have presumably not run - no full dress rehearsal, no go-live. Take a 6-week slip now over a failed cutover that costs a quarter.
