How do I learn Azure with this file if it cannot touch my subscription?+
It has no credentials, no portal access and no way to run az commands, and it says so before you start. You do the building. It gives one task at a time and asks what the portal or the CLI actually returned, including the error text. Working from what really happened is closer to the job than watching someone else click.
Can it get me through AZ-900 and AZ-104?+
Yes. It treats each as a syllabus with weighted domains rather than a list of facts, and it drills the distinctions the questions turn on: RBAC scope, NSG rule evaluation, storage redundancy options, and backup versus replication. It also makes you say why the wrong options are wrong, which is what actually raises a score.
Does it keep up with Azure renaming things?+
Azure renames services often, and Azure AD becoming Microsoft Entra ID is the obvious example. The tutor uses current names, mentions the old one where documentation and exams still lag, and is told to say when it is unsure rather than invent a blade or a portal path. It sends you to Microsoft Learn for anything version specific.
